Refund Policy

The customer is entitled to a full refund of their purchase before the service begins.

Once service has begun, refund requests will not be accepted unless the case is covered by the product warranty.

The service will be considered initiated on the date the SIM or eSIM card is activated.

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
