VIPtoria has a security certificate that is used by ESET CERTIFICATE to make secure connections in VIPtoria.
In this process, several parameters are established to make the connection secure and is established using pre-established keys, encoding and decoding all data sent until the connection is closed.
7.- LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
VIPtoria also reserves the right to pursue any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content, or for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence.
